- Convenient Schedules: We’ve carefully planned transfer times to accommodate most arrival and departure schedules. You’ll find the schedule on your tour page and in your final documents.

We will be updating our website for 2025 tours to make it super easy to find all the details about our new airport transfer service:
- Tour Itinerary: Look for the transfer details in the day-by-day itinerary and the “Before You Depart” section. This will be live shortly and available for all 2025 tours.
- During Booking: We’ll remind you about the transfers during the booking process.
- Account Dashboard: Once you book, this is where you’ll reserve your transfer and provide your flight information. You will see various times you can choose and opt in for that shuttle.
