Complimentary Airport Transfers

To kick off your adventure, we provide complimentary small-group transfers between the airport and our hotel on the first and last days of your tour. Traveling a day early or staying a day later? No problem! We’ve got you covered if you’ve booked pre- or post-night stays with us. Just share your flight details and we’ll handle the rest.

Here’s how it works

Book your flights

Book your flights, making sure to check the “Before You Depart” page for designated airports and recommended arrival/departure times. You can book your flights with our partner, Exito Travel, or make your own arrangements.

Share your flight information with us

Call our team at least 60 days prior to departure to opt-in for your complimentary transfers and to provide us with your detailed flight information. With your flight information, we can verify that you qualify for the complimentary airport transfers.

You’re all set!

Enjoy smooth sailing from the start. We’ll include instructions for how to meet your driver on arrival day in your final documents. Keep in mind that you may have a short wait (up to 45 minutes) at the airport while we gather fellow travelers. The size of the vehicle used will be based on the number of participants in your small group transfer.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for complimentary airport transfers:

  • Transfers must take place on the days your smarTours services start and end
  • Flights must be booked in and out of the airports specified on the tour’s “Before You Depart” page
  • You must opt-into the complimentary transfers and provide your flight information at least 60 days prior to departure

Please keep us up-to-date on any schedule or flight changes and we’ll do our best to ensure you still get your complimentary transfer.

Please note this is a complimentary service and smarTours is unable to offer any compensation for missed transfers or for travelers who choose not to use this service.

To guarantee your transfer, you must provide detailed flight information no less than 60 days prior to departure. A transfer will not be reserved if flight details are not provided and it will be assumed that you do not wish to use this service.
