There is a separate suite at the far end of the house which will be very rarely occupied, this is a separate unit under the same roof but there are no shared spaces, guests wills have exclusive use of the laundry room and the beach area at all times, this suite will be unoccupied for most of the year, it is likely to be occupied around thanksgivng and from christmas time until the first of the year, please do not enter that fenced area.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, managed by a private host

Positive: Loved that we could fish offshore with our granddaughters for their very first time. It was nice and cool inside when we arrived since they had turned the air on before our arrival. Place was very clean and organized very well--especially all the kitchen cupboards. Grandaughters loved the large tray of complimentary candies. I loved the bottle of wine left for the adults. Had plenty of board games to play inside and a few outdoor games in the storage bin, along with sand toys for the kids. Two new kayaks to use as well as life jackets. Had all the conveniences of home such as many kitchen utensils, dishwasher and microwave. The view of the lake was fantastic!
Negative: The outdoor chairs had broken seat straps, which made sitting in them uncomfortable, even though they had put thick cushions over them. Could use new patio chairs and maybe a few portable chairs for the campfire. Luckily, we brought a couple of beach chairs with us for our granddaughters to use when fishing. We had to drag the large chairs from the deck down to the campfire, and then back up again before departing. Other than that, everything was perfect!
