Please note that there is a flight of stairs (approx. 10 steps) to enter/exit the unit and that the floor-to-ceiling clearance is 6'2" (1.88m) in some areas of the king bedroom and the living room (clearance is 7'2" or 2.18m in all other areas).
The property is a duplex and shared with others outside of the guest suite, including us as the owners who reside in the unit above, so feel free to say hello if you see us outside! We also have a pup whom you may hear walking around upstairs, but otherwise very quiet and well-behaved. She loves saying hi to other humans!

You'll have the whole space described in the listing all to yourself, complete with a dedicated entrance leading straight to the lower level. Please note that this is our home, and we reside upstairs if needed at any point during your stay (sound barrier is acceptable, not perfect). There are other tenants at the property so please keep that in mind when using the shared amenities, including parking, as to not block or obstruct others.
