Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location is excellent, near the Underground and buses, and walking distance to Portobello Street. Apartment is lovely, and lots of light. Bathroom is spacious, which is rare in London. Apartment is on the 1st floor, so quite private. Good TV system with Roku.

Negative: Communicating with the management team was quite difficult. Each conversation directed to a different agent who seemed to lose context of the previous conversation, which led to a fair amount of confusion checking and checking out. We also reached out about an issue in the apartment that needed urgent attention but were left waiting and saw a lack of urgency from the management team. The apartment would also benefit from reducing the amount/size of the furniture. We didn't see a toaster.

Summary: Great location, but difficult to communicate with management team.
