At the front of the home, is a pretty front garden with flowers and a cast-iron gate. The entrance hall offers Victorian tiles and a welcoming feel. The living area is on the left-hand side.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is elegant and sophisticated in style- with dark walls and a large decorative fireplace, with attractive artwork on the wall above. The seating includes a sofa, armchairs and a central coffee table. In the bay window, is a piano and stool.
The space also includes a charming bureau desk and chair, a further sofa, bookcase and a television. This leads through to the kitchen and dining room, with a few steps down for access.
KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM
The kitchen and dining space offers beautiful high ceilings, complimented by a large white kitchen island and wooden floors. The space has an airy feel, with sleek fittings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay.
By the tall glass doors out to the garden, is the dining area, complete with a table, surrounding chairs, an armchair and artwork on the walls.
GARDEN
The garden is petite but perfectly formed- with an outdoor table and chairs, as well as a lawn and trampoline beyond. Lots of plants and flowers decorate the space.
WC
There is a WC and basin on the ground floor, for convenience.
FIRST BEDROOM
On the lower ground floor, is the first bedroom. This includes a King-size bed, bedside table, chest-of-drawers and an armchair. Opposite the bed there is also a wardrobe.
EN SUITE
The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, WC and basin.
UTILITY ROOM
The utility room is on this level, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
SECOND LIVING ROOM
This room has a relaxing feel, which can be used for exercising as it has gym equipment, or as a playroom for children. It comprises a corner sofa in grey, a table football table, a bookcase with board-games and a further sofa in green. There is also an exercise bike and children's basketball hoop. For watching films, this space enjoys a projector, as well as a PlayStation for video games.
BATHROOM
Upstairs on the first floor, this bathroom includes a bath, overhead shower, WC and basin.
SECOND BEDROOM
This bedroom features a bunk bed- ideal for two children, with two single beds. Colourful wallpaper, toys, and an aquarium complete the space.

A spacious and light master bedroom- with a Super-King size bed in the centre. In the bay window, there is an armchair and pouffe. On the other side of the bed, is an antique dressing table with mirror and stool.

A sleek en suite bathroom with a freestanding bath in a minimalist style, a walk-in shower, a WC and basin.
FOURTH BEDROOM
On the top floor of the home, is the fourth bedroom with a small double bed, as well as a classic decorative fireplace. This bed would be suited to 1 guest.
FIFTH BEDROOM
A light room at the top of the house- with two single beds, to sleep two guests. There is also a pretty fireplace opposite, with traditional tiling, with a bookcase on the left-hand side.

The en suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, WC and basin.
Home truths:
No smoking, pets or parties! Guests with allergies please note- a dog usually lives here but will not be present during stays. The second bedroom now has a bunk bed with two single beds which differs from the photographs, and the drum-kit has been replaced by an aquarium.
