Summary: Over €100/night for a very basic room with window straight onto a busy road is too much. A very noisy family group let the children play outside their room in a tiled hallway which was not conducive to restful sleep.
Disappointed that the buns at breakfast were warmed in the oven rather than fresh.
The Latte Macchiato this morning was made with sour milk which is an acquired taste, though not mine.

Summary: The main attraction of this Inn being the 10 consecutive generations of one family running the place since 1648. The two sons have just taken over and the older generation still helps out - a very cosy, homely feeling and what lacks in refinement is compensated in personal and attentive service.
The rooms are simple, but clean with good beds and linen for a relaxed sleep.
The menu is solid German country kitchen with few twists and alternatives and nothing fancy or vegetarian.
