Positive: Great location on the beach, beautiful sea view room, mostly friendly staff, nice singing bowl therapy and tai chi session, hotel accommodated early check in and late check out.

Negative: Ordered a vegetarian dish in the Thai restaurant, but it had fish ingredients in it, asked for refund but staff didn't know how or couldn't deal with this request.
