•Listen to the quiet lapping of a tranquil lagoon of Puget Sound on the boat ramp, and the calls of herons, eagles, and otters.
•Smell the salt air from the spacious back patio and upstairs deck.

•The upstairs main living space and kitchen are only accessible via stairs.
•Guests may launch kayaks and paddleboards from the concrete boat ramp during high tide; hose off all equipment and store it before departure.
•For your safety, do not use the vintage boat launch.
