It stands in the Reigerlaan behind the row of houses adjacent to the Veerse Meer. This house is located on 660m2 of land with parking space for three cars and a play area for the children in the garden. The house is ideal for a large group or two families. It consists of four bedrooms and possibly a fifth with a sofa bed. On the ground floor, adjacent to the garden with covered terrace, is the kitchen diner with dishwasher, electric oven, 6-burner gas stove, microwave and fridge / freezer. You will also find two bedrooms, an extra room with sofa bed and two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a toilet and a double sink, one with a bathtub and both have a rain shower. In the utility room are the washing machine and dryer. On the first floor is a large living room with oak wooden floor, a wood stove and a sliding door to a large sunny terrace.
The house is not suitable for a group of young people under 26 years old.
