It is a third floor without elevator and is located inside the ancient Palazzo Maggiani. The apartment has been recently renovated but has kept its original features, typical of the classic Venetian style, and the period furnishings. It is a very bright attic, thanks also to the high ceilings that make the room spacious and airy and has a spectacular 360-degree view over the rooftops of Venice. Developed on two levels and can accommodate up to 7 people. The first level consists of a comfortable and welcoming living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three double rooms (one with French bed) and two bathrooms. On the second level, on the upper floor, there is a large veranda-study with a bed for 2 people and a bathroom. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful and is equipped with air conditioning in three of the rooms and portable AC in one, Wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher and TV. The location is perfect and the area very lively: in the surroundings there are numerous shops and typical markets as well as the renowned “bacari” (the typical Venetian trattorias), antique dealers and the famous Malibran Theater.
