Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, electric fire, fridge/small freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, and a fireplace. A large glass sliding door leads the way out onto the sun terrace, ideally suited for relaxed days and cosy lunches. Nicely furnished living area with a three-seater couch, a beanbag chair, a satellite TV with British channels, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo. Further details: three-storey house (souterrain). Entrance on the second floor. The bedroom is located on the upper floor; the kitchen is located on the rear of the house facing the terrace. Electrical oil heating in all rooms.
