Property is located in a residential community where most neighbors have called this place home for generations. The home is 2 minutes away from main road #107 and 5 minutes from Crash Boat Beach. The music of one neighboring hotel reaches easily our backyard through the ocean side, there is a valley of vegetation separating it from the house.

On your drive in, you'll find covered parking for your convenience and additional spaces within the gates for your vehicles. The drive path leads to a restored antique bar setting overlooking the patio. From there, you also see the BBQ area, complete with a gazebo for outdoor cooking, all surrounded by mango trees, coconut palms, and meandering trailways.
Climbing upstairs, a very spacious outdoor terrace awaits, featuring connecting sectional sofas and a dining table for 12. The 180-degree scenic views provide an ideal backdrop to watch the sun setting over the horizon.
