Quiet & very private with own lanai patio and yard! Legacy trail for walking or biking is 1 block away. Wow! So many repeat bookings. The home is so clean and beautifully decorated with amenities you will feel like you are in your favorite hotel. Internet is super fast 1000gb!

The island community has everything you need without leaving the island. Don’t want to drive or didn’t bring a car-there are bikes and golf carts for rent.
Or walk everywhere !! Within blocks there are parks, beaches, fishing pier, boating, public golf courses, restaurants & bars pharmacy, food shopping(Publix), municipal post office, hospital, blocks of shops close by our place. Historic downtown Venice a stones throw away!!
