Summary: Pillows were super uncomfortable. Requested different pillows and was told a staff member will bring it over. Waited until 3am and nobody showed up. Did not sleep all night. It’s a beautiful hotel but the most important things in a hotel are the bed and pillows. If you cannot get a good night’s rest then all that fancy stuff is worthless. Really disappointed by this hotel, and will avoid it in the future.
