The 70 m² house stands on an 800 m² plot in Leányfalu (girls' village) 25 km from the Hungarian capital Budapest, and within sight of the Danube-Ipoly National Park, on a hill with a panorama of the Danube. If you appreciate the tranquility, the view of the Danube Bend and the good air and prefer a large garden for your children and your dog, you will love this holiday home.
The house consists of three rooms, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. You enter the house via the large covered terrace. If it should rain or the sun shines too much, you can take a seat on this terrace. The second large sun terrace - which can be reached directly from the living room - is located at the back of the house. This terrace is ideal for extensive sunbathing because it is not visible.
Of course, you don't have to do without your usual "everyday luxury" in the kitchen. There is a microwave, a dishwasher, a 4-burner stove with a convection oven, an extractor hood, a grill, a toaster, a 120 l fridge and a separate 50 l freezer.
