It is a semi-detached house that is located in Burg, with limited traffic. The city center and the south beach can be easily reached on foot or by bike. At the end of 2018, the house was awarded 4 stars by the DTV.
On the accessible ground floor there is a handicapped accessible bedroom for two people. Right next door is the shower room, which is also easy to use for wheelchair users. In the large living room, the couch invites you to a cozy TV evening in front of the 55 '' Ultra HD TV. Cooking on vacation is also fun in the well-equipped kitchen.
The upper floor offers three further bedrooms. One is equipped with two single beds and a small television, in the other two rooms there is a double bed. In the second bathroom on the top floor you will even find a bathtub.
The following items are available for families with children: travel cot with additional mattress, high chair (two upon request), changing table, step stool in the bathroom, buggy and lots of toys to keep you bored. Card and board games and DVDs are available for older children. A children's play house and a spring rocker are located directly on the terrace. A slide is also available.
Outside there is a garden shed that can be used to store bicycles or surfboards. There is also a grill. On the sun terrace in the garden there is a large table with enough chairs and a parasol to enjoy and relax in the Baltic Sea air. The house has two car parking spaces.
A washing machine is available for free use. You will also find an iron and an ironing board.

From Easter to 03.10. You have the option of a beach chair in the 2nd Row on the south beach in Burgtiefe can be rented directly from the landlord. The daily rental price is € 3.00. For organizational reasons, rental is only possible for the entire stay.
