The apartment was completed in 2011 after a major renovation of the entire house and furnished with great attention to detail.
It is located on the former hayloft of the two-hundred-year-old Reuterteich farm and was again awarded 5 stars by the German Tourism Association in April 2017.
During the summer holidays we only rent on a weekly basis and the arrival and departure day is Saturday.
In addition to 3 friendly bedrooms, it offers you a spacious open living area with a sofa, reading corner and dining area, which merges into a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
The large master bedroom is furnished with a 180 x 200 cm double bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe, a seating area and a chest of drawers, we will be happy to convert the chest of drawers into a changing table and provide you with a baby or child's bed.
In the 2nd In the bedroom you will find 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm with built-in wardrobe and desk, as well as a 2. TV.
The children's bedroom has a bunk bed, with 90 x 200 cm above and 140 x 200 cm below, there is also a built-in wardrobe and a desk - we can also provide the children's room with a play mat, toys and 2 children's armchairs if required.
Bed linen is included in the rental price.
All bedrooms are equipped with sun protection and insect protection blinds.

At our rest farm, we only have 3 generations of private horse husbandry with our Lewitzers, Ginger and Gammon, the mini-hockey mare Baffy and our offspring Brisco.
In addition, the small poodle Max and the Landseer bitch Bella also belong to the family.
The horse paddock and the 2000 sqm natural pond with pond terrace adjoin the courtyard area, behind it you continue to the football field with football goals, the riding arena, the tax meadow and the horse pasture.
The entire natural site covers approximately 28,000 square meters, which is largely fenced.
