The apartment is located in the less touristic Ostseebad Nienhagen, only 15 minutes by car away from Rostock-Warnemünde. The well-kept Baltic Sea beach is only about 500 meters away. Cycling and hiking trails, the steep coast and the so-called "ghost forest" by the locals are also within a few minutes walk.
In this high-quality apartment you feel at home. The approximately 85 square meter apartment is located without direct neighbors in the attic of a house with four other apartments in the lower floors. The house with its five residential units was built in the spa style and blends perfectly with the surroundings.
The large living and dining area with open kitchen adjoins directly to the 12 sqm large loggia with west exposure and good views over the village. In addition to the spacious bedroom with double bed, there is another bedroom with a pull-out bed for another two people. All rooms have been fitted with high-quality built-in furniture and lovingly furnished. An occupancy up to max. 4 people and a baby would be possible.
The place Nienhagen has enchanted us from the beginning. Long walks in the woods, sunsets by the sea, bike rides to Warnemünde or to Kühlungsborn. It's the mix that makes this place so special. Various restaurants, an ice cream parlor, and fish sandwiches on the beach promenade can also be found in Nienhagen. Here you will find a selection of events that take place in Nienhagen and the surrounding area.
For rainy days we have provided a selection of DVDs, games and books. We also recommend the spa area in the a-yes resort in the neighboring Warnemünde. Or just rubber boots on and off the sea - because even in the rain is a walk on the cliffs a great experience.
