All the windows in the apartment are double glazed. 2 bedrooms overlook rue Thibaud (very low traffic) and another courtyard side. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped: fridge (with separate freezer), oven, microwave, hob, extractor hood, washing machine, flat screen TV, kettle, coffee maker, all the necessary crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils of all kinds, vacuum cleaner, iron, drying rack. The bedrooms all have a double BZ bed (140) that can be folded into a sofa, a bedside table, and a wardrobe + shelves. Pillows and duvets are also provided. The courtyard is shared with the other inhabitants of the condominium.
