The ResidenZ offers five bedrooms that sleep up to 14 guests with an additional sofa sleeper for a total count of 16. In addition, there are five full bathrooms (two with a jacuzzi tub). A stove, microwave, pots, pans (including cooking and baking pans), blender, bowls, and platters for serving, utensils, coffee maker (combination drip and Keurig machine, filters not included), wine and pint glasses, and more are provided. The stunning vaulted ceiling dining room is the perfect gathering spot for special meals. A maximum of 16 guests are allowed on the property during your booking unless special arrangements and approval are granted in your booking agreement.
