It is a 2400 sq.ft southern style home with beautiful original hardwood floors, a spacious living room, full kitchen, large bedrooms and a view from the back porch with outdoor seating for you to kick back and relax after a day at Kentucky Downs, a visit to Bowling Green or your adventure to Nashville.
The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open kitchen, separate dining room, front den area with smart TV, a spacious living room with large smart TV, two car garage and laundry room. To top it off, a back porch with seating to dine, relax and enjoy the view. You might see some firefly's and deer, too!
The master bedroom has a king bed, full bath and smart TV. There are two additional guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. The second bath sits between the two guest bedrooms, accessible through the hallway. We also offer an extra-large twin roll-away bed with extra linens.
