Relax with an indescribable distant view of the Weser Valley. The house is located on the southern slope of the beautiful Weserbergland at 270 m.
Due to its special location with its 600 m² garden (500 m to the forest) it is a place to relax. From the covered terrace you have a fantastic view (30 km) over the Weser valley.
A sausage on the grill, a cool beer on the table and the holiday is perfect ;-)
The immediate proximity to the landscape protection area (500 m to the forest) is ideal for a short walk or longer hikes.
The Waldbad Rohden provides refreshment in summer, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

The House:
The individual rooms are spacious and very bright because they all have very large wooden windows that open to the south. The decor is in a bright Scandinavian style. All floors are covered with parquet, tiles or Stoneware provided. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired (fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the utility room).
The focus is on the large living room (37 m²) with a bright dining area. On the upper floor there is a "master bedroom" with dressing room (16 + 10 m²) with a large bed (2 m wide) and next door a bedroom (12 m²)
with a 1.40 m wide bed.
Under the roof is the third room (16 m²) with a 1.80 wide bed.
In total there are 3 separate toilets in the house, a bathroom with shower cubicle and separate tub.

Thanks to its good transport links (A2 motorway exit is 5 km away), all of the excursion destinations in the Weser Uplands and even the state capital Hanover (47 km) can be reached quickly from the house.
