Positive: So we felt at home here... Dear hosts often sounds like a phrase, a cliché... but here it takes on a whole new dimension. The kindness, the willingness to help, just as if we had arrived 'home' - a truly incredible overlap this accommodation provided. Fascinating sea views, two bedrooms for maximum comfort. Well equipped kitchen, air conditioned rooms. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Peace of mind. However, it is necessary to take into account that you need a car. I'd also like to point out the accommodation with children - the pool is great, tempting, but you'll be walking around it and if you have kids who can't swim and can't resist the water... I might be a bit worried here. Anyway, I recommend it and I can't wait to meet Lori and Leon. We love Slovenia as much as these two and as much as this apartment. Shopping we went to: Centro Discount - right by the border. We don't know about beaches, we were in March, but from what we've biked around, there are probably better places to swim... the place is great as a base for excursions. It's a good place to go for a base for exploring Slovenia - Koper, Izola,... amazing cycle paths, and Italy - Trieste, Grado,... Udine... Thanks. ❤️Hvala! Silvie
