Positive: Almost everything...

Negative: Not much just minor problem when using the BBQ and the owner helped us fix it on the phone. We paid for late check out through the website and later found that the fee was charged in US dollar. Took a couple of weeks but the refund was made. So please note if you buy additional items on the website.
