In approximately one acre of secluded gardens, the villa is ideally located for easy access to the many activities and amenities nearby. These include, white water rafting, hot spas, horse riding, fishing, visits to local vineyards, and of course the Mediterranean.The villa is ideally located near the mystical vullage of Rennes Le Chateau, famous for the Da Vinci Code,as well as the many other Cathar castles in the surrounding area.
This modern villa (2002) has an open layout, bright with an abundance of space and light, in the open plan living room/kitchen. The living room has a TV, three armchairs, two coffee tables and a sofa. Wi-Fi is installed. The dining room has a glass dining table which easily seats six. The modern fitted kitchen comes equipped with cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. The pool ( 10m x 6m ) is situated in the south facing rear garden, with uplifting birdsong and beautiful views of the surrounding forests and foothills.
