Summary: Overall a nice and large flat that really has everything that one could imagine. Beeing a fetch roof there are a few things that one has to be aware of. The owners charge extra for heating. If one is carefull and keeps the doors closed this runs to about 10Euro/day but we only had 5 degrees. I think this should be clarified in the offer as it might impact on the holiday budget. However since the heating is off the rest of the time the whole house gets moist. Also during a weather change there was a strong and disturbing smell of rott in the living room. The owners said that this is the roof, but for me that smelled different.... Anyhow I think in summer this is lovely place with a lot of space. Two generous bedrooms, one of which can be occupied by up to 4 people. A fixed and a movable kid bed. outside space to sit and relax, as well as a very generous living room with multiple zones, for when the weather is not as good. With bikes it is a short ride to barth for all amenities.. The owners were nice and I can recommend to stay here and will most likely do it again in summer. One thing to improve, we needed to move out at 10am. With kids and cleaning this means a very early start in the day. A bit more flexibility here would be nice.
