This is really a location for those looking for peace and Spacious, luxurious, away from civilization, dune apartment of 62m2 in a green setting. With its own entrance and spacious, secluded south-facing garden. Recently renovated.
And what a location: on the site of an ancient dune farm, literally in the North Holland Dune Reserve: walk outside and a large number of varied walking routes await you. And with the sea within walking distance.
Here you don't have to use the car for days.
The apartment is beautifully finished, tastefully and fully furnished and equipped with all comforts, such as excellent internet. After entering you will first find a well-equipped kitchen (16m²). Adjacent to this: the spacious living room of 22.5m² with slate floor, underfloor heating, wood stove and Philips Smart TV. Garden doors and high windows offer a view of a deep garden with adjoining forest.
Sliding louvre panels separate the living room from a bedroom (12m²) with adjoining bathroom. The two single beds in this fully paneled room can be folded up in a cupboard wall. This creates an intimate Zendo with a floor space of just under 8².
The garden is 14 meters wide and 40 (!) meters deep. With a free location on the east and south side, separated from trees and forest by only a ditch, on the west side separated from the garden of the adjoining main house by a strip of branches and willow fencing.
You can park your car at the entrance to the dune reserve, a four-minute walk away.
Are you sound sensitive? Depending on the wind direction you may hear airplanes flying overhead from time to time. Also, for very limited periods of time, process supporting music may be heard from the adjoining retreat house.
Because this apartment is part of a retreat location, it is exclusively intended for quiet habitation. This is also why receiving family and friends or using a barbecue is not allowed.
