Positive: The house was unique and located on the water.

Negative: I have a review about the staff charging for odd things like stains in the carpet that already existed, following my stay, I received a large charge due to stained towels, which we did not stain. When I asked for a photo to show proof of what they were charging for, all I received is a picture of towels inside of the washing machine, and I could see no staining.
