Summary: Good: comfortable bed, air conditioner and location. Bad: convoluted check in procedure, only 1 entry key, no on site parking although listing states there’s on site parking, no pool as it was under repair yet not reflected in the listing, non functional microwave (as previous guest noted) until I pressed to get a new microwave which I picked up from a local store, no proper kitchen knife to prep food, fridge/freezer had frost build up inside, no live cable TV or phone as advertised. Ugly: inconsistent & occasionally no response from owner re our concerns, paint peeling on kitchen cupboards, pooling water on balcony, flooding in bedroom (reported by past renters in May/23) after rainstorm, owner instructions to not flush toilet paper?! Synopsis: know that what you are renting is not as fully advertised. Friends were renting in the same building yet their unit was fully renovated & cost less than what we paid.
