You enter the property on the ground floor. Straight forward is the basement, here is the gym and the bathroom with the washing machine. As well as the storage room. The living space is on the first floor. There is a outdoor space outside the front door, and a backyard on the first floor.
You will have access to the whole house, besides one storage room that will be locked.

The area
You will be able to find most necessities on the two adjacent squares (Lagaplan), including supermarkets, restaurants and of course the tube station. For local takeaways we recommend Gula Pizzerian.
Bagarmossen is located on the edge of the Nacka nature reserve, which means that it is a paradise for any outdoor pursuits.
Swimming
There are plenty of lakes for swimming and bathing in the area. Flaten and Söderbysjön are most suitable for children, Ulvsjön för a “wilder” swimming experience. Additional nice lakes would be Ulvsjön and Källtorpsjön but there are many more.
Walking, hiking and running
Bagarmossen is an amazing location for walking and running and there are unlimited options. Some of our favourites circuits are Klisätra ängar-Flaten (about 5 kilometers) going round the lake Flaten (about 10 kilometers but can be made longer by adding Drevviken and Klisätra ängar) and going round lake Söderbysjön (7 kilometers).
There is also a short (2.5 kilometers) circuit in the Bagisskogen, which is the forest next to the house.
Walking to Hellasgården, where there are cafes and a whole range of outdoors activities (skiing, skating, sauna, floodlit running tracks, mini-golf, outdoor gyms etc) is also a favourite – this is about 4 kilometers one-way.
There are also two outdoor gyms in the area, the closest one is on Skarpnäcksfältet.
Kayaking
You can rent kayaks through the Kayakomat at Ältasjön, Drevviken and Magelungen.
Cafés
The bakery (Lilla Bagis) by the tube station is excellent. There is also a nice café in the flowershop.
Many of the walks can also be combined with cafés (Torpet Orhem for Flaten, Storstugan for Hellasgården, a food truck by the Äventyrsbanan close to Sandasjön). Alternatively you can walk to neighbouring Kärrtorp and stop at Kokvrån for coffee and cake.
There is parking space outside the garage, about 50 meters away from the house. This is free of charge. The garage is located just at the entrance of Laxåvägen. The middle spot is ours.
If you travel by train, Bagarmossen tube station is about 8 minutes walking distance away.
