Positive: Real Life AAYOMA is the place to stay when you are in Tokyo. It has a very homely vibe and is a very spacious two-bedroom apartment for a place like Tokyo. We were hosted by Mr. Zheng and he made sure everything was cleaned and ready for us when we checked in. When we arrived at the apartment, Mr. Zheng welcomed us and showed us how to use all the amenities including the washing machine, electric hot plate, dishwasher and more. There is also a QR code behind the main door which explains how to use all the amenities. Both rooms are spacious, furnished with double beds and have closet space to hang clothes. There is sufficient space to keep suitcases as well. They provide four sets of bath towels, face towels and hand towels. Detergent and hand wash are also available. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Good quality utensils and cutlery are also available. The house is very well maintained and comfortable to stay in.

Negative: Two things that disappointed us were, first, there was no lift so we had to carry six suitcases one by one to the top floor. Second, there was no arrangement for drinking water. The absence of a lift is understandable due to space limitations in the building. However, drinking water is something they should provide as it would make the apartment an even more perfect place to live.
