Staircase leading to first floor landing and door opening to: Lounge: with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, opening into: Open plan kitchen/diner: with gas hob with electric double oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, and dining table with 6 chairs and patio doors, with step down, leading into garden with patio table and chairs and lawn.
