The apartment is about 90 m² in size and with its southwest orientation has a wonderful view from the highest point of the Hessian Odenwald. Enjoy the quiet location and breathtaking sunsets z. B. with a glass of wine on the balcony.
Neunkirchen is an ideal starting point for leisure activities such as hiking and cycling amid the UNESCO Geo-Naturpark Bergstraße-Odenwald or trips to the Felsenmeer and the Rodenstein Ruins. It is 20 minutes to Bergstraße, 50 minutes to Heidelberg and 60 minutes to Frankfurt.

The apartment is bright and friendly furnished and extends over two floors with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. Forest and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity.
For bookings of 1-2 guests we set up bedroom 1 (double bed) and bathroom 1 upstairs.
For bookings of 3-4 guests is also available bedroom 2 (two single beds) and bathroom 2 on the ground floor.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living and dining area with dining table, couch and TV (incl. DVD player). Weatherproof balcony furniture is also part of the equipment.
The washing machine is only available on request (€ 7 / day).
The separate entrance is on the ground floor, which is reached via the external staircase. Parking is possible in the snow-free time directly on our driveway.
The apartment was recently lovingly renovated (2018).
