PARKING: There are several options for paid parking. Please ask about these options when you book for further detail. Once parked, there is no need to move your car to explore downtown-- nearly everything you could want is within walking distance of the home!
STAIRS: This is a two story penthouse condo with three flights of stairs to navigate to reach the home. There is not an elevator onsite. There is one flight of stairs to get to the front door of the condo. Once inside, there is another flight of stairs to get to the main floor. The main floor of the penthouse is technically located on the 3rd story of the building. The second floor of the penthouse is accessed by another flight of stairs, and is technically the 4th story of the building. Please keep this in mind for your group when reserving this home.

NOISE: This part of downtown is the best of both worlds. You are in the heart of downtown; however, this is a quieter part of the street. Noise should be limited; however, please know that you are in a downtown environment and should expect typical city noise.
SECURITY CAMERAS: There are two exterior camera onsite. These are located over the front door and another over the rooftop deck door facing the patio area. Cameras record audio and visual. Security cameras are located ONLY on the exterior of the home.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc).
