It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree. The nearest village Livade just 3 minutes from the villa today is the most famous village in the world for the truffles. Out side the house are private parking, large terrace with table and comfortable chairs, sun beds, and beautiful swimming pool with the brand new sun deck made from the local grey stones. Just near by the pool is a beautiful BBQ with stone table and wooden chairs. This area is ideal for your peaceful evening or if you are expecting some guest to transform the peaceful atmosphere in nice party.
