Downstairs there is a large living / kitchen area with island. The large conservatory has bi fold doors opening out to the mature garden.
All the rooms upstairs have doubles, the main bedroom upstairs is also a Super King and ensuite.
There is also an optional Double Sofa Bed (please advise in advance if this is required)

Other things to note
Space for up to 3 cars off street at the rear of the property (covered by a security light) this can be accessed via a side street running parallel with the terrace.
There is also often free parking spaces available street directly outside the property on Stoneleigh Road.
The subtle wall based lights upstairs are controlled via a single switch that is located in the linen cupboard at the end of the corridor, top left hand side. Please turn this off when departing the property to save on energy resources
