Step inside and the main living area opens instantly to the deck, with wide glass sliders that blur the line between indoors and out. The space feels calm and breezy, with comfortable seating, natural textures, and garden views from every angle. The Palm Beach Store is a local favourite for ice creams, takeaway coffee, and quick essentials, while the broader neighbourhood places you within a five-to-ten-minute drive of Oneroa Village, the passenger ferry at Matiatia, the vehicle ferry at Kennedy Point, and the wineries that define this part of the island. These services also pass by, or stop close to, many of Waiheke’s most popular vineyards, including Mudbrick, Cable Bay, Te Motu, and the Heke Brewery & Distillery.
Parking is available at the bottom of the access path, but taxis and rideshares can be limited during peak times and are generally expensive on the island. If you’re planning vineyard visits or dinners out, it’s best to pre-book transport or use the bus network where possible.
