One bedroom and a bath are on the first floor, and the upstairs offers two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bathrooms include a large shower, and the upstairs bathroom includes a standalone tub.
A full-sized washer and dryer are available on the first floor.
The hills in Leipers Fork cause spotty cell service. While at Over Yonder, it is best to log on to the free wifi and use the wifi calling feature on your cell phone. This works beautifully for calls and texts.
We have upgraded to fiber internet service as soon as it was available at our address (April 2025).
Our guests have full access to the whole house. I do request that people refrain from entering the old shed on the property. It actually used to be a smoke house and I have future plans to renovate it while keeping the charm of the old, but right now it is in need of repair, so off limits.
