The delightful villa is situated in the very popular Quinta dos Alamos, a residential estate, 10 minutes walk from Guia. The villa has a beautiful lawned garden, which is very private, as it is enclosed by a wall and gate. The swimming pool with Roman steps, can be heated (this is available as an optional extra) is surrounded by terraces. There is also a brick BBQ & shower.

Accommodation: Double bedroom with en-suite, very large walk in shower room, and two twin bedrooms with bathroom. The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine & dishwasher, microwave, oven & ceramic hob, fridge / freezer. There is a separate W/C cloakroom.
