SPACE: The house is made up of 4 bedrooms, a living room and a dining room in a large space, a semi-open kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet, an open office, a laundry room and a large open area that can be adapted for extra beds. All of this distributed over 3 floors as follows:
*LOW LEVEL. It is at street level as you enter and is the main floor, where the kitchen with its porch, the living room, a room with bathroom and dressing room and a toilet are located. The garage is also on this level.
* PLANT 1. Two bedrooms, a bathroom, open office with access to the terrace and a reading corner.
* PLANT -1. A room, a large versatile area, a bathroom that can be given an exclusive one for the room or the common area, a laundry room and a large glazed porch with a dining area and another with sofas. From this floor there is access to the grass area and the pool. The garden can be accessed both from inside the house and from the outside.
The accommodation is in Mungia, Basque Country, Spain. The neighborhood where the house is located is residential and very quiet. An urbanization with a very good location but surrounded by nature.
It is great for walking or jogging. Quiet and familiar, a very pleasant environment just a few minutes from Bilbao or the coast. The best way to get around to visit the province is by car. The house has space to park several cars and, although it is in a natural environment, it is only 2 minutes from the highway. Finding the urbanization is very simple and there are many places of interest to visit in the short and medium distance. -Mungia 2 minutes. It has supermarkets (a very large one just entering from the urbanization), bars, restaurants and all kinds of services. Nice environment to spend a morning. Be sure to try the famous butter buns from the Leku-Ona patisserie. -Bilbao 15 minutes. Visit the Guggenheim, see the Old Town, stroll along the estuary, ride Artxanda by funicular to see the views of the city, and have fun in our little big city. -Cost: 10 minutes.
