Welcome to my beautiful restored weatherboard home. Established in 1905, this 20th century beauty retains much of its original, classic charm, whilst we have blended modern touches and amenities within. With stunning design features, furnishings and decor, gorgeous city views and a central location, my home will provide you with the perfect space for your next getaway. Victoria's is a restored federation home, with a charming facade. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with the convenience of 1 (small) off street park. Additionally, there is free, on-street parking outside. Upon entry, you will notice the classic features and contemporary designs. Two queen bedrooms are found on either side of the entry hallway, with both rooms boasting plenty of natural sunlight and built in wardrobes. The main queen bedroom can be found off the entry hallway, which boasts a large walk in wardrobe and private ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has stunning views, which can be enjoyed from the spacious bathtub or walk in shower. The main bathroom is at the end of the entry hallway, which has been tastefully renovated. Here you have a luxurious walk in shower and modern amenities, such as a hairdryer. The open plan living and kitchen area has comfortable seating and thoughtful finishes. The kitchen is fully appointed containing a large fridge, new appliances, ample storage space, and a large benchtop to cater to all your cooking needs. The lounge-dining area has a reverse-cycle air conditioner, smart-TV, spare blankets, four-seater dining table, a highchair and a large couch. Stay entertained with a selection of board games and cards and if you feel like a quick workout, there's some exercise equipment at your disposal. Double doors open out onto the deck where you can enjoy the lovely views of Launceston and its surrounds. There is a sizeable outdoor setting allowing you to enjoy a meal, or a glass of Tasmanian wine. There is an adjoining laundry found off the deck area. This space provides a combined washing machine-dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes rack. There is also an outdoor clothes line around the far side of the house. Guests have access to the entire house at any time via a lockbox. I am available throughout your stay should you have any queries. Please keep showers short as the hot water cylinder is limited.
