It includes a large reception room (60 sq m2) with a fire place and a reverse air conditioning/heating system, a large kitchen totally renovated in 2023 (American style fridge and freezer, 3 Nespresso cofee machines, toaster, boiler, a large oven, micro wave, dish washing machine, reverse air conditioning/heating system), an office desk corner with Mac PC, three bedrooms, each having their own bathrooms, and a laundry room with a washing/drying machine.
