Positive: Excellent apartment for 6 of us, excellent location with tube 2 minutes away.

Negative: We were not given a key for the apartment? None left in apartment as advised and when our enquiry went in, the lockbox said to have the key also didn’t have the key. Free Parking advertised ? But no instructions on how to find the parking, only when looking for the door keys did we find the fobs for an underground parking garage. When calling the numbers for help no one answered and when one guy answered he said he didn’t work for the company anymore. We did receive messages from booking.com message system but still no door keys, meaning we took all belongings with us when leaving the apartment.
