Positive: Air conditioned lounge, lift on different floors, access ar bottom floor too. Very clean. All required essentials present in flat. Very well thought out.

Negative: Carpet was white, quite stained and the pillow covers in lounge looked unfriendly to use. Aside from this, everbting was perfect

Summary: Great last minute stay and super helpful host in arranging cots for my kids
