Beautiful family home with a chef's kitchen, amazing patio and BBQ, a large heated pool (built summer of 2023) and an 8 seater Bullfrog hot tub! It's got 2 great patios, 1 as a great outdoor dining area, and the other as a lounge area with outdoor couches and a fire table under a pergola down by the pool. Pool will be open from May till September. Fire table will be available from March to December, and the hot tub is up and running all year round! You will be a few blocks from great hiking trails, amazing playground, water park, neighbourhood pub/restaurant, coffee and ice cream shop, spa and even a liquor store! Plus 5-10 minutes to wineries and near by shopping including a Save-On-Foods grocery store, beaches, restaurants and everything the Okanagan has to offer! Quiet neighborhood with amazing mountain views and a view of the lake from the primary bedroom. The rest of the time you'll enjoy looking through the giant windows towards the gorgeous mountain we're on and a peak of the vineyards for Cedar Creek winery from the patio.
