Villa Monaco is a charming 3-bedroom villa with a country cottage vibe, located in the quiet residential Quinta dos Álamos complex, a few minutes’ walk from the town of Guia. With a private swimming pool and located just a few minutes’ drive from the beautiful golden beaches of Salgados, Lourenço or São Rafael, Villa Monaco is an excellent property from which to enjoy and discover the Algarve with family and friends.
This wonderful villa has 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (one has an en-suite bathroom) and 1 twin bedroom (also with an en-suite bathroom), as well as an additional bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and washing machine. The kitchen also has direct access outdoors to the brick BBQ, an essential for cooking summer meals.
The living / dining room is cosy and full of character, with exposed wooden beams on the tall ceilings, comfortable seating and direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy meals al fresco, overlooking the swimming pool.
Free Wi-Fi is provided, as well as a TV, DVD player and air-conditioning in all bedrooms.
The property is fenced and affords marvellous countryside views. The private swimming pool is located at the front of the property on a lower level, with sun beds provided for lounging in the sun surrounded by beautiful, well-kept gardens. Parking for 2 cars is also available inside the gates of the property.
The charming town of Guia, with several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri (spicy chicken), banks and bakeries, is just a few minutes' walk away and the Algarve Shopping centre, with a variety of shops, supermarket and restaurants is only an 18-minute walk away. The Salgados Golf Course and nature reserve, with a lagoon and pedestrian walkway (great for bird watching), are located within a short distance by car, as well as beautiful beaches such as Salgados, Lourenço or São Rafael. The city of Albufeira, with its colourful marina, charming old town along Pescadores beach and the Strip, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops and sparkling nightlife, is located within a 7-minute drive.
