In the commune of Chamrousse, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 3-star flat with mountain views, just 200 meters from the ski resorts and ski lessons. It measures 68 m² and can accommodate up to 10 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room with breathtaking views of the Taillefer massif, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchenette, three good bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). The accommodation comprises :

- A sleeping area separated from the entrance by a curtain with a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)

Outside area :
- A south-facing balcony (8×1.2 metre) with table, chairs and deckchairs to enjoy the sunny days.
- A leisure area shared with several buildings, located 450 metres from the flat and open during the winter season (from 6 December 2025 to 12 April 2026 - opening dates are not contractual and are subject to change by the resort).

The flat is ideally located in Chamrousse, in the heart of a very pleasant environment, in a tourist area. All the essential shops are nearby: a mini-market with a bakery just 20 meters away, boutiques, the restaurants ‘Le Chalet’ and ‘L'Étable’ and sports shops less than 300 meters away, the bar ‘Le Kdox’, a market, etc. Downhill and cross-country ski slopes are immediately accessible, and in summer mountain biking and road cycling are also within easy reach.
What to do:
- Start of the ski slopes 300 meters away with the departure of the Bachat chairlift (4 places). Go to the ESF Chamrousse 1700 at the foot of the chairlift to buy your ski pass! For cross-country skiing, the Nordic area is within walking distance! Cross-country skiing (10 mins)
- Tree climbing (5-min walk)
- Climbing at Via-ferrata
- Horse-riding club in summer (10 minutes' walk) and dog sledding in winter
- Mountain biking and road cycling
- Grenoble (45 min)
If you come out of season, almost all shops are closed. Don't hesitate to ask at the tourist office before your stay.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the gated private car parks 250 meters from the accommodation or along the road.

- Nearest airport: Grenoble, about 80 km away (1h14 by car)

- Free shuttle buses run around Chamrousse, stopping in front of the building during the winter and summer seasons.
