Large house of 240 m² with heated indoor pool and terrace + outbuilding of 25 m² with terrace, new, modern and comfortable. Parking spaces on private land. The two houses are on the same ground, they are independent and separated from each other by a few meters.
In the heart of the village of Villefranche de Lauragais and quiet. You benefit from the immediate proximity of all amenities by pedestrian path.

The big house is composed of:

Living room / music flat screen TV and cinema, large corner sofa, musical instruments (for musicians free access). 2 big bays of which 1 with brick partition gives on the terrace. Cellar with freezer. WC with hand wash. Laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing and cleaning (hatch for dirty laundry on the floor). There are different floors in the house including hardwood floors on part of the ground floor (without being ultra-manic, we have children! you have to be careful not to wet him and he does not like stilettos)
- A 2 ° living room of 40 m2 with salt heated indoor pool of 20 m² with 2 benches, jets, water at shoulder height, shower at the entrance to the pool. A bar area with fridge / freezer, wine cellar, ... TV and Bluetooth sound, this room directly on the terrace with a bay window flush with the pool.

The 2 accommodations are equipped with reversible air conditioning everywhere programmable in each room. All linen is provided. We pay particular attention to the cleanliness of the accommodation. All textiles are renewed at each location including the top of the BZ. You will find on the spot the basic supplies: main products of bathroom, maintenance, kitchen, pods coffee and other hot drinks, ...

In the garden there is a vegetable garden of 100m² and a chicken coop with 7 occupants! Your mission during your stay is to monitor the water and seed tanks and give the hens their peelings and rest of meals. In return they will provide you with fresh eggs every day! The vegetable garden is at your disposal for harvest depending on production. No maintenance, watering is programmed 😉Thank you for not eating chickens (o)
Ping pong table and equipment.
The pied à terre is for rental, we do not have any personal belongings. The big house is our family home, so there is personal business. When renting we make room in all closets. We condemn an office (not present in the descriptions) in mezzanine above the bar / pool to store our stuff.
The big house is rented only during the months of July and August / We do not accept groups of young people under 25 years
