Summary: Our stay at Jakob’s Old Farmhouse was truly unforgettable. What they’ve done with the old farmhouse is absolutely stunning—the blend of rustic charm and modern comfort created such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Every detail felt thoughtful and authentic, and it was clear a lot of care went into preserving the farmhouse’s character. One of the highlights was being able to interact with the horses on the property. It added such a peaceful, magical touch to the experience and made us feel even more connected to the beautiful Icelandic countryside. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Next time, we’ll definitely plan for an extended visit. Highly recommend this unique and charming stay to anyone looking for a memorable experience off the beaten path.
